As Vice President of RBC's Knowledge Based Industries team in Ottawa, Andrew Arnott brings a wealth of experience and more than 20 years of experience from his previous roles with RBC in Knowledge-Based Industries, and Commercial Financial Services. He has a history of meeting the needs of commercial and corporate clients with innovative financial solutions.

With his wide network of connections, Board and advisory roles in the financial community, Andrew and his team of 15 professionals have the ability to tailor innovative solutions for the full range of Ottawa based technology companies. The RBC Knowledge Based Industries (Technology Banking team) is a significant contributor to our tech community and has been for over 25 years.

Clients value his commitment to their success, and his enthusiastic support in opening links with government and private investors. Andrew's business acumen, financial knowledge and wide range of expertise leads him to see opportunities for their businesses.

As a 2005 recipient of the Ottawa Business Journal's Forty Under 40 award, and in his role on the Advisory Council for the Ottawa Community Foundation, Andrew contributes his skills to a well-rounded community. He enjoys belonging to a team that delivers high-quality service.

The team has both national and international Banking expertise that extends through their internal and external partners. Expertise includes Working Capital/Term Debt and SR&ED Financing, Trade Services, Global Treasury/Cash Management & of course Foreign Exchange through RBC Capital Markets
