 Nycol Pageau-Goyette is above all an entrepreneur. She currently owns Sorinco inc., a recycling and treating facility, created in 2001, offering environmental solutions to the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries.

 She also presides Pageau Goyette & Associates Ltée, a Canadian firm founded in 1977 which offers professional management and administrative services to not-for-profit organizations and small companies. Mrs. Pageau-Goyette is a Chartered Administrator and a Université de Montréal graduate.

 Mrs. Pageau-Goyette has chaired the board of Aéroports de Montréal and of the Société du Parc des Iles de Montréal as well as of the Order of chartered administrators of Quebec of which she is a Fellow.

 Ranking among the leaders of the business communities of Montréal and the province of Québec, she was the very first woman elected as president of the Board of Trade of Metropolitain Montreal. She has also chaired the Québec Federation of Chambers of Commerce.

 She currently sits on the boards of Stella Jones Inc., as well as a number of non-for-profit organizations.

 Mrs. Pageau-Goyette was awarded the Entretiens Jacques-Cartier Medal, the Governor General Medal for services to the community and is a Fellow of the World Institute of Productivity.
