Bob is the president, CEO and co-founder of FinancialCAD Corporation (FINCAD). The company's FINCAD software and application services brand has become a global market leader in providing software tools and solutions for the analysis of capital markets financial instruments and derivatives to support valuation, risk assessment, cash flow forecasting and to aid in accounting and regulatory compliance. FINCAD software products and services are used by over 3000 major organizations in more than seventy countries, including investment and commercial banks, corporate treasuries, pension fund, mutual fund and hedge fund management companies, professional services firms, central banks, governments and regulatory agencies. Since Bob assumed the CEO role in 2003, FINCAD has consistently achieved revenue growth averaging more than 30% per year.
Prior to co-founding FINCAD in 1990, Bob worked in the Canadian investment industry in the private client areas for two national firms, Richardson Greenshields and Wood Gundy, latterly as a vice president.
Bob is a member of the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance governing council and of the board of directors of AceTech British Columbia, a unique nonprofit organization that provides continuing education for chief executive officers of technology companies.
