- Achieved significant wins in 2005/06 in particular creating a new solutions development method leading to breakthroughs at IBM and EMC
- Prior to current role had been General Manager of the Lucent and Avaya Account (since August 1999) and in 2004 took on responsibility for all Communication accounts
- Appointed Senior Vice President in 2003
- From 1997 to 1999 was responsible for the Sun Microsystems account
