Wayne Purboo is CEO and Co-Founder of QuickPlay Media Inc., recognized as the Canadian New Media Company of the Year in 2006. Wayne is responsible for the overall management and execution of the company's mission to deliver rich media experiences to mobile device users. His extensive experience in the telecommunications industry comes from working with many of the largest and most innovative carriers around the globe. In his previous role, he was the Vice President of Strategy for Amdocs, a supplier of integrated customer management solutions to leading communications companies. Before that, he was the Chief Technology Officer of Solect Technology Group, which was acquired by Amdocs for $1.2 Billion (USD) in 1998.
