Atlantic Women in Technology

Atlantic Canadian Women in Technology (CanWIT) Forum is set to launch in January 2011. Our Atlantic Chapter will bring together women in the technology sector in the Atlantic Region, providing opportunities for career growth, collaboration, and fun. Our aim is to help women at all stages of their careers, from new entrants to the industry, to those in more senior positions, as well as women entrepreneurs.

The national CanWIT organization enhances the experience of women in the technology sector through the initiatives of the individual chapters and indirectly via advocacy activities. CanWIT is leading a national project funded by the Canadian Government's Status of Women Partnership Fund that is designed to help women succeed in Canada's technology industries.
