Arnold works for Accenture with a focus on Canadian Defence and Public Safety clients, bringing the best of Accenture's global capabilities to the Canadian market. Accenture's Public Safety practice draws together the latest international insight to build new processes, technology solutions and drive innovation within public safety.

Arnold has collaborated with teams that have worked extensively across the UK Criminal Justice system with organizations including the London Metropolitan Police Service (New Scotland Yard), WestMids Police, and a number of public safety agencies. Leveraging engagements across Europe, Middle East, South Africa, the US and Asia Pacific; Accenture is advancing new technologies and digitally-enabled processes that are enabling public safety clients to harness key areas like analytics, artificial intelligence and next generation policing models. Arnold has engaged directly with clients across public safety, aerospace and defence to uncover key challenges and bring solutions that leverage technology to achieve transformational outcomes in key areas of operations, maintenance, and advanced simulation and training for clients ranging from KLM and Qantas to National Defence and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC).

Arnold is a former RCAF Officer with experience ranging from flight test to aircraft maintenance and fleet management. He collaborated extensively with academia and NRC to advance research areas from crashworthiness to aircraft life extension and advanced simulation-based learning. Arnold graduated from Royal Military College Kingston with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and completed post-graduate studies at Cranfield University in the UK with a Master's of Science in Aerospace Vehicle Design.
