Copyright

The open and borderless nature of the Internet, as well as the new online players and business models that have emerged, pose new and difficult challenges for creators of intellectual property who wish to continue to protect and exploit their ownership interests through copyright laws. There is much uncertainty in this area. CAIP is working to clarify the appropriate roles and rights of both creators and users of intellectual property in the online world.
