This year's theme is Social Give Back & Community Leadership

Hear from our keynote, Josh Blair, Chief Corporate Officer, TELUS, whose corporate mandate includes attracting and retaining the best talent in the communications industry, fostering world-leading team engagement and inspiring more than 40,000 team members globally to put customers first and give back in an unparalleled manner to our communities.

Under his leadership, TELUS has earned numerous national and international accolades. For example, TELUS has been recognized as having the top philanthropic corporation globally by the Association of Fundraising Professionals and a worldwide leader multiple times over in learning excellence by the American Society for Training and Development.

As a strong supporter of TELUS’ commitment to give where we live, Mr. Blair also serves on the Board of Directors for the Sandbox Project and the Board of Advisors for the Cures for Kids Foundation as well as being vice-chair of the TELUS Vancouver Community Board.

Please take 5 minutes to view TechNOW’s leadership video with Mr. Blair who offers his views on Digital Adoption in Canada.

Our keynote will also join an Executive Panel of public and private sector executives who will share leadership insights into Social Give Back and Community Leadership.

Some of the key topics that we will explore include:

  • the power of innovation leadership in building healthy and sustainable communities
  • the CEO is not the only leader any more
  • organizations for the future, what should they look like
  • best practices for corporate engagement and community success

Our experts will help provide a vision of Leadership for the 21st Century, including: a Mayor from an Innovative City; CEOs from start ups to large flagships; and, public sector leaders.
