For nearly three decades, the CATAAlliance Innovation and Leadership Awards Gala Dinner has been celebrating the best in Canadian advanced technology. It has become one of the most eagerly awaited events in Canada's business calendar.

At the Awards Gala, the winners are recognized for their innovation, expertise, and leadership in Canada's advanced technology community.

This year's theme is Leadership for the 21st Century.

Hear from our keynote, Peter Aceto, President & CEO, ING DIRECT Canada, known for his effective and innovative use of social media. He has been identified by the Hay Group as a social media "Shining Star" among such icons as Bill Gates, Jack Welch, and Martha Stewart. Under his leadership ING DIRECT was recognized as one of Canada's 50 Best Employers for two consecutive years, 2010 and 2011; as well as one of Canada's Top Most Admired Corporate Cultures.

Mr. Aceto will also join an Executive Panel of public and private sector executives who will share leadership insights into what it will take to create world class organizations.

Brenda Halloran is Mayor, City of Waterloo. Brenda has been widely recognized for her community leadership and is a role model for leaders of the future.

Victoria Lennox is CEO of Startup Canada, a national movement celebrating entrepreneurial values.  Victoria works relentlessly to unleash entrepreneurial potential in Canada.
