Cancellation Policy
Conference registration cancellations received on or before Sept. 21, 2012 are eligible for a refund, less a $150 cancellation fee.  Cancellations after this date are not eligible for a refund.  Registrations are transferable to another delegate up to Oct. 16, 2012 provided that the original registered delegate advises CATA of the identity of the replacement delegate (each delegate must complete a registration form).
