CATAAlliance (www.cata.ca), a recognized champion of Canadian innovation and entrepreneurship, today announced that Dave Walsh is the newly appointed Leader for BDO’s Tax services practice and Technology & Life Sciences industry practice (National Capital Region). Dave has been a member of the CATA Innovation Leadership Council (ILC) since 2007.
The ILC serves as an advisory body, providing guidance on the implementation of the CATAAlliance mandate to support the global competitiveness of its members and the advancement of Canada as a competitive Innovation Nation, in addition to offering a community peer network to assess share insights into needs, trends and achievements.

Dave has participated as a judge as the prestigious InterCollegiate Business Competition hosted by Queen's University, and is a graduate of that institution.
