The Update contains an important Alert regarding new, stringent protocols for SR&ED claims. We outline CATA's recent interventions with the CRA and their responses, and provide a link to comment on the CRS's new Technical Review Guide.

As a Call to Action, we are asking program claimants to communicate their concerns to local MP's, key Government officials and the media.
