Clay Braziller is a leader, consultant and change agent with twenty diverse years of experience focused on organizational growth, vision setting, innovation, product & services management and sales.
His passion is growing technology-based businesses that can have a social impact. His previous work includes; Director of Sales and Marketing for Eagle-Picher Medical Power, a manufacturer of Li Ion batteries for implantable devices. Executive Director and Co-founder of the BC Power Technology Alliance, VP Marketing with Ipsos Reid, a global leader in consumer research and acting as an advisor to dozens of startups.
Clay has provided strategic consulting services to, among others: Rogers Communications on their wireless healthcare strategy. Medtronic on funding mechanisms for new medical devices, the International Fuel Cell Institute on their long term business plan and the Toronto Regional Conservation Authority on the development of a business models for Partners in Project Green, a 12,000 hectare eco-business zone around Pearson Airport.
Most recently, Clay was advising Industry Canada on the development of the Digital Economic Strategy. He is the acting Chair of the Neil Squire Society, a national non-profit in the disability sector and a leader in provision of distance education to first nations. Clay has a B.eng and MBA from McGill University, speaks French, English and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
Clay resides in Vancouver with his wife Wendy and two children Olivia & Quinton.
