May 13, 2009…CATAAlliance invites Canadian technology companies with an interest in trade and outsourcing partnerships with China to register for an extended Canada-China trade Mission from June 19 to 27, where participants will engage in matchmaking sessions, be included in a Canadian Pavilion in Nanjing, and explore business opportunities in Wuxi - with most in-country expenses paid through our partners.
The mission is being conducted in collaboration with Gowlings, the Canadian Consulate in Shanghai, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the Jiangsu government, and the Wuxi government.
The mission, being led by CATAAlliance VP Kevin Wennekes, consists of three main events:
Shanghai Matchmaking Session
In partnership with the Canadian Consulate in Shanghai, CATAAlliance will provide an exclusive match-making and business showcasing session among the Canadian delegates and local Chinese business and government stakeholders. Using your company's Online China Profile, locally-engaged staff will invite key government and business concerns that are tailor-selected to satisfy your company's relationship development goals. An exclusive guided tour of the Shanghai Zhangjiang Technological Innovation Park will also be provided.
China International Service Outsourcing Cooperation Conference 2009 (CISOCC)
Join CATAAlliance VP Kevin Wennekes as he delivers a keynote speech at the CISOCC, taking place on June 23 and 24 in the city of Nanjing in Jiangsu Province. Visit to the Wuxi-CATA Technology Park
CATA has spearheaded the development of a CATA - China Business Portal for the city of Wuxi and has free; private office space as well has a wealth of other benefits and incentives available to North American companies. Mission participants will visit the newly established CATA-Wuxi headquarters to further explore the benefits of leveraging the CATA-China relationship to execute their China objectives.
